Document Library Naming Conventions

ATC documents (file names) include the appropriate line of business or implementation short name and a document descriptor.

Note: Documents that are applicable to all Lines of Business will have file names that begin with ATC.

Dates

Dates will be included in file names when the content is date-specific. For example, dates will be added to report, bulletin, and teleconference presentation file names.

Note: Date information will be provided in the following formats:

Full date format: yyyymmdd
Month format: yyyymm

Versions

Version information will be included in file names when there is more than one version of a published file.
