Facility Roles

The Facility Roles page contains key facility contact information identified by your facility. ATC Coordinators and Administrators have the ability to update facility role information.

Important: The following may not be submitted through this process:

To view your contact information:

  1. Click the Facility Roles link from the Quick Launch bar.
  2. Select your facility from the Select a facility menu.

    A list of the facility’s contacts shows with columns indicating ATC roles, names, email addresses, phone numbers and Lines of Businesses. Key functionalities are outlined in the diagram below.
