Registration

To access the ATC Information Site you need to email ATC at ATC@ontariohealth.ca to request access. Approved users will receive an email invitation to the site with a link to an electronic registration form.

Note: Sending a request to ATC@ontariohealth.ca does not guarantee access to the site. ATC has identified key roles within a facility that should have access to the ATC Information Site:

WTIS DI Coordinators and backup
WTIS Surgery Coordinators and backup
ALC coordinators and backup, Clinical Leads
ERNI Coordinators and backup, Clinical Leads
SETP Administrators and backup
eCTAS Coordinators, Clinical Leads, Technical Leads
During ATC implementation projects, Project Managers and Clinical Leads
