Reports, Extracts and Quick Filters

The WTIS has built in reports and extracts that can to help facilities with data quality and analysis activities:

• They are pulled from a nightly (midnight) copy of the WTIS database, therefore they do not include the current day’s activity
• There are no limits to the number of rows or records in these reports
• The user profile determines what data is viewable in each report

Performance-related reports (e.g., reports that monitor how long a patient is waiting for a procedure or discharge destination) can be generated using iPort™ Access. The facility's Local Registration Authority (LRA) is responsible for managing access to iPort™ Access, for details see the Registration Guide for LRAS and RAs.

Important: Shred printed reports and follow your facility’s privacy and security policies when accessing and using patient data.

Quick filters allow you to filter waitlist entries and generate reports that include the current day’s data and can be exported to Excel.

Important: The list displayed is limited to 500 rows (an error message is displayed if there are more than 500).
