Advanced Filters for Requests

Use Advanced filters to set the criteria for the types of requests you wish to see in the List of Requests section.

1. Click on Advanced Filters button from the List of Request section to display filters.
   
2. Set filters as needed and click the Apply button, see filters below. Only requests that meet your search criteria display in the List of Requests section.

   Filter	Filter Options
   Request Type
   Status	In this section, status refers to the status of the request, not the user.
   LOB
   Profile Type
   Start and End Date
   First name	Search for all users whos first names start with the letters you enter in this field
   Last name	Search for all users whos last names start with the letters you enter in this field

3. Click the Clear button to clear all filters and display the full list of requests again.
