Registering for an Initial Ontario Health Collaboration Site

To register for an initial SharePoint collaboration site:

  1. Click the Register link provided in your invitation to navigate to the Registration page.
Important: If you are already registered for an Ontario Health collaboration site account, the registration form displays a message in a red highlighted area above the registration fields: “Your e-mail address is already being used by another account." If you see this message, follow the steps to Register for an Additional Ontario Health Collaboration Site.
  2. The registration form displays. All fields marked with an asterisk are required. The only non-mandatory registration field is the Address 2 field. Username, password, password recovery question and password recovery answer are required for your profile.

Notes

  1. You must accept the terms and conditions to complete the registration. Click the Terms and Conditions link to review the ATC Information Site usage policy before accepting them.
  2. Username is auto generated to be consistent with our system standard of “first_name.last_name”. Once you enter your first and last names in the Registration Field section, the Username automatically generates in the Account Information section.
  3. Feedback is provided on the strength of the password you create during the registration process. You must enter a strong password before you can submit the form.
  1. Click the Submit button to create your account. The Registration Accepted message shows. It may take a few minutes for the account to be created. An email is sent when your account has been set up.
  2. Log in to the site by clicking on the Continue to Site button. If you receive an Access Denied message, this means your account is still being processed and you should wait to receive an email confirmation before logging in.

Tip: Be sure to note the account name provided in the confirmation email to log into the ATC Information Site in the future.
