Troubleshooting Tools

The following tools were created to aid users in the resolution of their failed interface messages. While these tools may aid in identifying the source of an error and how to resolve it, the resolution details may not be applicable to your specific issue.

Note: These tools are found on the ATC Information Site, access is limited to facility resources (i.e. WTIS coordinators, LRAs) supporting Ontario Health programs. To request access contact Ontario Health.

These tools provide information about the most common MFM errors and how to resolve the issue. They include the:

This tool provides an error description (including error code) and resolution for error codes relating to patient unavailable dates (also known as Dates Affecting Readiness to Treat or DARTs).

While troubleshooting, you may need to view more information related to the error message.  The next section provides details on finding patients and waitlist entries in the WTIS.
