Download Welcome Package
Once a WTIS registration is processed, the LRAs download the Welcome Package (contains WTIS credentials and temporary password) from the request list.

Important: The welcome package is only available for 28 days. |
- Log into the WTIS.
- Look for the appropriate request in the request list, use the Advanced Filters as necessary (i.e. filter by user name).
- Click the
icon to download the welcome package.

- Choose from three options for the Word document: Open, Save or Cancel.
LRAs should distribute credentials in a timely and secure manner. LRAs should adhere to their facility’s policies regarding privacy and security when distributing credentials.
