Reinstate a User
You may reinstate suspended WTIS users when they need access to the WTIS again.
- Log into the WTIS.
- Look for the user in the Registered Users list.

Tip: If the Registered User list is lengthy, use Advanced Filters to refine the list (i.e., filter by name). |
- Click
to reinstate the user.
- Enter the reason for reinstating in the Reason for Request section (e.g., returned from parental leave).
- Click Save.
