Suspend a User

Suspend a user to temporarily disable a user’s access to the WTIS ( i.e. parental leave).

  1. Log into the WTIS.
  2. Look for the user in the Registered Users list.
    Tip: If the Registered User list is lengthy, use Advanced Filters to refine the list (i.e., filter by name).
  3. Click  to suspend the user.
  4. Enter the reason for suspending in the Reason for Request section (e.g., parental leave).
  5. Click Save. Suspended users may be reinstated.
