A patient can be re-designated ALC only if the discontinue reason was due to ‘Change in Medical Status” and if the re-designation happens within 40 weekdays of the discontinuation date. After the 40 weekday threshold, the patient cannot be re-designated ALC and a new waitlist entry will need to be created.
