This guide is a resource for eCTAS Coordinators at hospitals integrated with eCTAS Application Basic, Application Complex, Web Service and Certification (both real-time and near-real time score validation). It clarifies responsibilities, and contains important information and resources to help Coordinators support eCTAS operationally. It also includes details about the eCTAS application, and how to manage operational support at your hospital.
In addition to the eCTAS Coordinator Guide, eCTAS Coordinators should also familiarize themselves with other sections in the navigation menu to the left (Administration Console, Troubleshooting and eCTAS Clinical End User Online Help) and share links with Operational Support Resources (Clinical Leads, Technical Leads, Facility Role Administrators, Hospital Help Desk) at their hospital as appropriate to ensure proper support.
