Clinical End Users

Clinical End Users of eCTAS (Triage Nurses, etc.) can escalate issues to their hospital eCTAS Coordinator and/or Hospital Operational Support Resources for support with troubleshooting (see Support Contacts).

eCTAS Coordinators and Hospital Operational Support Resources

eCTAS Coordinators and Hospital Operational Support Resources will be required to investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by users. The pages in this section provide details on troubleshooting user account issuesclinical application issues and system downtime. eCTAS Coordinators and other Hospital Operational Support Resources may also be required to use the eCTAS Administration Console features to investigate and resolve issues.
