CEDIS - Specific Assessment Recommendation in Subjective Notes

For some CEDIS complaints (see list below), the Subj tab will display a Recommended Assessment dialog box when you click into the Subjective Notes field

Notes:

If you change the CEDIS complaint instead of clicking the Add to Subjective Notes button, you will be presented with an ALERT. You have the option to Discard Notes or Insert Notes.

If you click on I’m Done Triage instead of clicking the Add to Subjective Notes button, you will be presented with a different ALERT. You have the option to Modify Triage, Discard Notes and Continue or Save Notes and Continue.
