Same Last Name in Same Queue
Visual indicators will alert nurses when two or more patients with the same last name appear on the same queue.
- A flag icon is shown next to each patient with the same last name
- A background colour is used to highlight the names
- Hovering over the flag icon or the patient's name will display more information

Important: Patients with the Same Last Name are only flagged within the same queue - e.g., if a patient in the Pretriaged Patients queue has the same last name as a patient in the Triaged Patients queue, they will not be flagged. |
