The Waitlist Entries for Review section displays Waitlist Entries that are flagged with one or more Record Level Data Quality Indicators, which alerts users of potential data quality issues. Each column displays information to help inform the user, see descriptions below.
Column Headings | Description |
WLE ID |
Click the WLE ID number to view the WLE details (i.e. indicator details and corrective action options). |
Indicator Name |
The indicator the WLE is flagged for, see Data Quality Indicators descriptions. If a single WLE is flagged against multiple indicators, it will be listed across multiple rows on the list. |
Site |
The facility/site associated with the WLE. |
Visit # |
The Visit # associated with a patient's visit.

Patient Name |
Click to see patient demographics. |
Designation Date |
The date the patient was designated ALC. |
Closed Date |
The date the patient was discharged or WLE was discontinued. |
WLE ID of Duplicate Overlap |
If there is a suspected duplicate/overlapping WLE, the WLE ID number of the duplicate/overlapping WLE will appear. Click the WLE ID to view it. If the duplicate/overlapping WLE is for a facility the user does not have access to, the message "Overlap exists in another facility" will appear in the column. |
Status |
Status of the flagged WLE (closed, open). |
RR |
If a request for exclusion is rejected, the Exclusion Rejected Reason icon |

Filter by a specific indicator, options include: |
Site |
Users with access to multiple sites will have the option to view indicators by site. |
Facility |
Users with access to multiple facilities will have the option to view indicators by facility. |
Date Type |
Select a date type to filter by, options include: Closed Date, Designation Date, DQ flagged Date. |
From To
|
Set the date range to be applied if using the Date Type filter. Use the Calendar button |
WLE ID |
Filter by a specific WLE ID number. |
Status |
Filter by WLE status (open or closed). |
