About Data Quality Management

Record Level Data Quality indicators and methodologies are built directly into the WTIS. Waitlist Entries (WLEs) with potential data errors are automatically flagged and displayed on the Data Quality Management home page.

Facility resources (i.e. WTIS Coordinators) responsible for managing data quality and compliance processes use the Data Quality Management features to manage WLEs flagged with potential record level data quality issues. They can review flagged WLEs from the respective Data Quality home pages ( ALC, DI & Surgery) and take corrective actions.

Access

Facility LRAs grant their resources access to the WTIS Data Quality feature by assigning them a Hospital Coordinator profile.
Existing resources who are already assigned a Hospital Coordinator profile will have access by default.
