The eCTAS Registration View allows hospital Registration Clerks and other designated resources to access and print eCTAS triage records for their site. It can also be used to indicate when a patient declines consent to share information via Previous Visit Flags in eCTAS, or to indicate records that have been triaged in error.
Hospital staff assigned by their eCTAS Facility Role Administrator to the role of Registration Clerk at their site can access the Registration View from the Administration Console.

Important: The Registration View is only visible in the Administration Console menu for resources who are assigned the role of Registration Clerk by their eCTAS Facility Role Administrator. eCTAS Facility Role Administrators should refer to Site Role Management documentation for instructions on how to assign this role. |
