eCTAS User Roles

eCTAS Facility Role Administrators (FRAs) grant hospital users with access to different eCTAS features by assigning them one or more eCTAS user roles. FRAs should understand the features associated with each eCTAS user role, and be aware of which user roles are applicable for their hospital's integration level. All available eCTAS user roles are summarized in the table below.

Important: Facility Role Administrator is the role assigned to the person who will assign and manage roles to eCTAS users at your facility. If your facility has not yet established their first eCTAS Facility Role Administrator, see instructions on how to establish your facility's first FRA.
