Site Level Extracts
Resources such as Nurse Managers, Clinical Educators or ED Directors can download eCTAS site level triage data for up to 120 days for their site using the Site Level Extracts feature located in the Administration Console. Each extract request is limited to 120 days of data however the start date for the extract period can be any date within the previous 2 years.
Resources must be assigned the role of Hospital Data Viewer at their site by their Facility Role Administrator to access Site Level Extracts. The extract is generated as a file in comma-separated values (CSV) format.

Note: For additional eCTAS PHI data that is not available through the Site Level Extract, please send a request via email to eCTASsupport@ontariohealth.ca and include the date range(s) (MM/YY) and hospital site name(s) pertinent to your request. |
Data Columns
Most data columns in the Site Level Extract correspond to fields in the eCTAS Clinical Application or your hospital interface, and reflect what was entered or selected by the triage nurse (e.g. vital signs). Other data columns reflect system generated data (e.g. ED Visit Number) or actions that were applied to a triage record via the eCTAS Registration View (e.g. Mark as Triaged in Error). The table below provides a description for each column.

Note: The default format for dates in the Site Level Extract is yyyy-mm-dd. This allows Excel to unambiguously interpret the date regardless of local date format settings. |
